Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Personalized Products

You may request a return or exchange of an eligible non-personalized product within 7 calendar days after tracking shows successful delivery. Contact us before sending an item back. The item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.

Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange because they are produced to the customer’s specifications. This restriction does not apply when the item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Email phoebemysteryvn@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, correction or refund at no additional product cost.

Return Authorization and Shipping

Do not mail a return before receiving return instructions from us. For an approved return or exchange, we provide a return label and instructions. For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange of an eligible non-personalized product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost; we will disclose that cost before the label is used. For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, PHOEBEMYSTERY LLC will provide the appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a damage/error claim is approved. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reach your original payment method. Standard shipping included in the original product price is not separately deducted from an approved product refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started or after an order has shipped. If we cannot ship within the promised time, you may accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
