Custom Design

Have an idea, logo, photo or sketch you would like made in metal? Send us the details and we will review whether the design can be produced, which finish is appropriate and what information is needed before an order is created.

How Custom Design Works

  1. Share your idea. Email your reference image, logo, sketch or description.
  2. We review the request. We confirm whether it is suitable for Black Metal or UV Printed Metal and identify the available size, lighting and personalization choices.
  3. Approve the details. Production does not begin until the design details and price have been confirmed.
  4. We make and ship it. Approved custom orders are prepared in 3–5 business days, followed by the delivery estimate in our Shipping Policy.

Choose the right way to share your details

Some designs have a field on the product page for the details you need to enter. For example, the Personalized Lighthouse Address Sign asks for a house number or address on that page. Review the available options and your entered text before adding it to the cart.

Include the product link and your requested change in an email to phoebemysteryvn@gmail.com. Metallova will review the request and confirm the design details and price before you place an order.

Have a different idea or logo? Follow the request instructions below and wait for a feasibility and price review. Sending a request does not guarantee that a particular change can be produced.

  • Preferred size and whether you want LED lighting
  • Where the piece will be displayed
  • Your deadline, if the piece is for a specific occasion
