These Terms & Conditions govern use of metallova.com and purchases from PHOEBEMYSTERY LLC, doing business as Metallova. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, delivery and personalization information.

Products and Personalization

Product images are mockups or representative photographs. Display colors and apparent scale may vary by device and setting. Review the product description, fixed finish, size, lighting selection and personalization details before ordering. We are not responsible for errors in text or details submitted by the customer after production has started.

Prices, Shipping and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price unless checkout clearly states otherwise. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges and local taxes. Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or availability errors, prohibited content, inability to fulfill customization, or other legitimate business reasons. If a paid order is cancelled by us before shipment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, personalized-product restrictions, damage claims, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

The Metallova name, website content, product presentation and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. When you submit text, images, logos or other content for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorize us and our service providers to use that content to produce and fulfill your order.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods that burden the service, or submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful personalization content.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided subject to the descriptions and warranties expressly stated on the site. PHOEBEMYSTERY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.
