Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on metallova.com and fulfilled by PHOEBEMYSTERY LLC.

Production Time

Orders are prepared for shipment in 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery

• United States: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• International: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price unless checkout clearly states otherwise. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes assessed by their country.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch.

Delayed Shipment

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated production period, we will contact you with a revised date and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us at phoebemysteryvn@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery for an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review a replacement or refund.
